The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training consists of 160 hours of video lessons. Actual uptime will vary depending on selected delivery system. If a candidate is following a self-study program (via MindPro®), the recommended program is 2 hours a day. At this rate, the Typical candidate will complete formal training in 4 months. If the candidate is training through organization, program assigned may be determined by the local instructor or facilitator.
The SSMI Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training of 160 hours of video lessons.
Completion of 21 Modules and Exams (Topic Knowledge Exam). Each exam contains 12 to 102 questions per answer multiple.
Participants must obtain a score above 70%.
Completion of the Digital Training Project. It consists of a case-study with 232 multiple choice questions. Minimum score for the Digital Project Exam is 70%, where the candidate is provided 3 attempts.

Candidates who achieve a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification will be able to apply to the Belt Internship Program (BIP). The BIP is a 3-week internship program, during which participants will have the opportunity to work on real Lean and Six Sigma projects. To apply to the BIP, each participant will need to submit their CV and undergo a face-to-face interview with one of our Master Black Belts.
