The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training program aims to develop technicians capable of pushing their respective organizations towards a best-in-class status, reducing the costs, improving cycle times, eliminating defects, eliminating variations and increasing significantly customer satisfaction. Green Belts are highly qualified professionals who possess the knowledge and technical skills necessary for facilitate breakthrough improvements in key processes that
support company objectives. In summary, the Green Belts they are process managers who:
They serve as change agents, consultants interns, Yellow Belt mentors, and Six Sigma assistants Champions;
They optimize existing technologies or bring new ones technologies at optimal operating conditions;
They solve process-focused problems through data and performance analysis;
Implement technical and leadership knowledge to improve the performance of an existing industrial or commercial process, regardless of complexity or volume;
They solve specific problems, process or design, that have a negative impact on customer satisfaction and operational capacity;

E-learning FAD
The duration of the SSMI Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is 80 hours of video lessons.

TEST2

Knowledge Assessment Exams
Completion of 18 Modules and Exams. Each exam contains 12 to 102 multiple choice questions. Participants must obtain a score above 70%.

TRAINING PROJECT3

Digital Training Project
Completion of the Digital Training Project. It consists of a case study with 151 multiple choice questions entirely online

CERTIFICATE4

International SSMI
Upon completion of all requirements, the candidate will receive the SSMI Lean Six Sigma Green Belt International Certification.

PROGRAM FOCUS

Six Sigma principles, practices, strategies and implementation tactics;
Descriptive statistics, benchmarking methods, process control techniques, diagnostic methods, and experimental design methods;
Types and uses of process performance data, determination of samples and sampling schemes;
Project selection criteria, graphic techniques, execution strategies and review guidelines;
Principles and practices associated with process characterization and optimization.

STUDY TOOLS

Online Six Sigma training on the dedicated MindPro e-learning platform. You will have at your disposal all the necessary resources, exercises and quizzes, process simulators, analytical software and statistical tools.

WORK WITH US

Candidates who achieve a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification will be able to apply to the Belt Internship Program (BIP). The BIP is a 3-week internship program, during which participants will have the opportunity to work on real Lean and Six Sigma projects. To apply to the BIP, each participant will need to submit their CV and undergo a face-to-face interview with one of our Master Black Belts.
